Regular readers will remember Don Bull. I received this email from him yesterday:

"This is how a set of four corkscrew plates arrived in the mail today.

And here I've been wasting all of my cereal boxes - I could have been using them for shipping. And maybe Orange Juice and Milk cartons as well. Those round Quaker Oats boxes could come in handy too."

Andy Page from the UK sent this 'card from Florida'. I hope it is not prophetic.

PS: Two Mercedes engines compared: one from 1968 and the other from 2006.

Do you remember our Sandra? Sure you do ... she was a 'balloonista' in Europe ... and a surprise 'nude on the net' ... and do you remember her latest surprise gift to me? Anyway, she wrote:

Alf-

Hey! I attached the photo I have with my e-bay listing.

Are you still planning to be in Thailand around Halloween? I'll probably just send candy. Well ... maybe a surprise or two.

I'm working on a business plan to open an antique mall here in hell.

xoxo,
Sandra

Do you want to play detective? How is this Fort Lauderdale building connected to a controversial professor at Oxford University?

Stephani's office is getting more glass.

It is still growing ...
