Any guesses?
PS: Damn! How time flies.
How about this?
I guess the Big Guy in the Sky is not so big after all.
"The end — sorry, um, suspension — of Rick Santorum's presidential campaign is a major milestone in the primary race, clearing the way, as it does, for Mitt Romney to cruise here on out to the nomination essentially unchallenged. But Santorum's withdrawal is also a major milestone for God, the beloved all-powerful deity whose personal endorsement somehow failed to secure the nomination for any of the numerous Republicans — Santorum, Herman Cain, Michele Bachmann, and Rick Perry — whom he reportedly encouraged to run for president. It is unclear at this point whether God will even bother to offer anyone his apparently useless endorsement in the general election."

From my minder:
An 8.5 to 8.9 magnitude earthquake has occurred off the coast of Sumatra and sparked tsunami warnings along the Andaman Sea coast of Thailand including the provinces of Phangnga, Phuket, Krabi, Trang, and Ranong. Please follow safety instructions from local authorities.
See, life in Thailand is never boring.
PS: Rung's daughter, Name, is not afraid of the sharks that were driven up the river by today's Tsunami.
Memories of 2004 ... this time SE Asia missed it.
Do you remember "Old China Hand" or "Sam's 2000"? It is a bar on Bangkok's notorious Soi Cowboy. My friend, Kevin, owned it when it was the OCH. When he sold it the place passed through various owners until it was renamed S2000 ... presumably, about 12 years ago.
Yesterday I made a revisit to the place. Yes, it is still there and it looks pretty much the same. OK, I made an afternoon visit ... so, the place is very child friendly at this time of day; presumably the place gets more exciting when the sun goes down.
Here are some interior shots. Tomorrow I'll scan the soi (street).
OK, yesterday we looked at the interior of Sam's 2000; today we'll look at the street itself (Soi Cowboy).
Songkran's water/chalk blessing on our Z4.
