THOCBDC, no longer 'privy' (geographically) to the French Embassy, has taken on a new 'stepchild' of sorts: the construction of BTA's new Skytrain station ... the one on the west side of the Chao Phya River. As with our observation of, we'll keep a watchful eye on the hammering and welding on this far side of the Taksin Bridge.
